How long will it take to ship my order?
Press On Nails: Due to high volume of orders our current turn around is about 2+ weeks.

THIS IS JUST AN ESTIMATE. We do not guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame. They may be shipped sooner but can certainly take longer.

This is due to the amount of nail sets purchased in each order. Bigger orders take longer to complete which in turn causes some delays. Also keep in mind, that all sets are made to order and worked on, in the order they were received.
All of our nails are handcrafted solely by Lori Cabrera.

Decals: We are experiencing high volume of decal orders. Currently about 3-7 Business days. Normally its 3-5 Business Days. Custom decals may take a little longer. We do experience some delays from time to time due to so many orders coming in.

Sizing Sample Packs: 3-5 Business Days.

Ready To Ship: 3-5 Business Days.
* Please note that if you purchase a made to order set along with a ready to ship item your order will NOT be shipped right away. I suggest to order separately so you can receive your ready to ship nails quicker.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.

(Worldwide Shipping)**Any addition customs fees when receiving at customs is your responsibility and to be taken up with the shipping carrier.**

My package was sent back to you, can you resend?
Yes of course. Simply contact us to make sure we have received it then pay the Re-Shipping Fee we can send it back out.

My package was marked as Delivered by USPS but I didn’t receive it. (lost or missing)
Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, Xquisit Nails hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery.

Xquisit Nails assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.

If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office.

Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchange?
We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL and you agree to wait the time it takes to create your order.
Also due to the nature of our custom handmade products we do not accept returns or make any exchanges (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state. If so, email xquisitnails@yahoo.com and include an image of the defective or damaged product).

**Please read all information listed under the item description before ordering. Be aware of our creation time and make sure you size your nails correctly as we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered.

Also, double check shipping information before checking out. If there’s an apartment, suite or unit number make sure you enter it to avoid a Return To Sender issue.
